Kofinaki Grabiera Katerini

It is made from fresh pasteurized 100% goat’s milk. Kofinaki Graviera Katerini belongs to the category of hard cheeses. It matures for at least 90 days in specially formulated chambers under the constant supervision and care of our cheesemakers. It is produced in heads of about 2 kilos and is packaged after being cured in Vacuum and kept in refrigerated chambers at 2-4 degrees Celsius.
