Kefalotyri Pierino

Kefalotyri Pierino is a hard, salty yellow cheese made from sheep’s milk. Its color is between yellow and white. It matures for at least 90 days in specially formulated chambers under the constant supervision and care of our cheesemakers. It is produced in heads of approximately 9 kg and 2 kg and packed after being cured in Vacuum and kept in refrigerated chambers at 2-4 ° C.
