GRAVIERA GOATY

It is made from pasteurized fresh goat’s milk with up to 10% sheep’s milk. It belongs to the category of hard cheeses. It matures for at least 90 days in specially formulated chambers under the constant supervision and care of our cheesemakers. It is produced in heads of about 10 kilos and packed after being cured in Vacuum and kept in refrigeration chambers at 2-4 degrees Celsius
