Feta Saganaki

The slice of the cheese should be at least 1.5 cm thick. You quickly pass it on cold water from both sides and then fry it well.
Thin slightly to remove unnecessary flour. Heat so much oil in a pan to cover about a third of the cheese’s side. Bake for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown. Serve hot and add lemon if you like.
